From Triggers to Trampolines

There are many common types of experiences that "trigger" us into unhealthy patterns or behaviors. We tend to look at these triggers as problems in and of themselves. The real unlock is to realize that the triggers are actually clues to the things we really want in life.

When we take triggering emotions like anger, sadness, guilt, embarrassment, jealousy, resentment and regret to a much deeper level the can become trampolines that springboard us into action and progress.
